Preparing for the Springtime in the city

Not having the ability to walk outside and comfortably take a breath can easily get to someone, but remaining in a stuffy space is no good for the positive mindset that we will all need to overcome these trials ahead. The peak of spring is fast approaching, and with early rises and spending your time doing something meaningful with your days and nights is crucial. Your mind, body, and soul ought to be rewarded for making it through the first few months of this uncompromising year.
