Our exclusive mixtures combine fresh ground gluten-free, soy-free beans, nut and rice flours, adding the needed protein, high fiber, delicious flavor, rich texture and a natural healthy sweet alternative to wheat flours for those with allergies or interested in a change from the everyday dessert and baked goods made with wheat flours.

We also offer grain free donuts as a special order!

Local Yokels was started in 2017 on the idea that we could create a fully sustainable and ethical micro-economy in local food in the Seattle Area.

We value a clean environment; our carbon footprint is 95% lower than a traditional grocery store, we are working toward zero waste, we use compostable packaging and reusable bags for delivery, and we are working towards creating closed loop systems between our producers and customers.

Lanier’s Fine Candies has elevated nut brittles to an elegant gourmet treat without losing a bit of down-home flavor or old-fashioned artisan quality. Based on the Northern Louisiana peanut-brittle recipe of Herman Lanier’s Aunt Marie, these sweet brittles crunch when you bite them yet melt in your mouth when you let them linger. All-natural, preservative free, and made in small batches to ensure freshness, Lanier’s Fine Candies are perfect as gifts for all occasions and are delicious eaten fresh from the bag, paired with coffee, baked into cookies, and crumbled on ice cream and anything else your heart desires. All of our Brittle Candy is hand dipped in Chocolate.

Manufacturer and retailer of gluten-free(GF) products aimed at direct consumers who have dietary constraints such as gluten intolerance and diabetic sugar intolerance. Its products are European breads such as GF baguettes as well as American cakes and cinnamon rolls. The company introduced GF French style pastries such as croissants and crullers(donuts).

Cakes of Paradise was established in July 2008; by two Seattle based family members. The origins trace back to the founder of Kauai Desserts, Mary Buza-Sims. In hopes of sharing the Spirit of Aloha and rich Hawaiian culture with everyone, she created the recipes of these great tasting desserts. Once you experience the “taste of paradise” you’ll have a renewed sense of confidence in cakes and pastries and not just any store bought cake will do. Pinckney Cookie Café was born in 2009 from one man’s creativity and passion. Bolstered by the unrelenting enthusiasm and encouragement of friends, family and collaborators, our founder Michael Pinckney began the journey you see today!

Yet it was during the much earlier stages and in his youth in Great Neck, New York that Michael discovered the magic and power of baking fresh cookies. While adulthood led him through several adventures and career stages (finance, sales, consulting, technology and management), his pursuit of the perfect chocolate chip cookie with the best ingredients remained constant while his personal recipes evolved. And when he became a parent, Michael discovered a captive audience of discriminating taste testers for new flavor combinations.

Still, the marketplace played its part as well. “It’s really tough to find a truly satisfying, top-notch cookie, and near impossible at 11 p.m., even in most cities,” Michael explains. As you’ve seen on our site here, his high standards include all natural decadent ingredients, no preservatives and gourmet chocolate – creations that last best in the refrigerator. Or for longer term storage, in the freezer! They also thaw quickly with all of their flavor and texture intact.
