Bosque los Colomos is a refreshment for your brain! There’s such gorgeous scenery here. And, as Guadalajara’s favorite park, there’s lots of people here enjoying a mental escape from the city. After ⎸Reward yourself with handmade tamales from Xokol Molino & Tortillería. They’re made from pure, pre-Hispanic corn varieties that date back thousands of years.
